Contact us by phone, email, or through the website order form. Tell us what you want — package size, custom cuts, everything.
We Confirm & Cut
We confirm availability, process your order, and custom cut to your specifications. All cuts are vacuum sealed and labeled.
Packed & Shipped
Your order is packed in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs to ensure it arrives fresh. We handle delivery to your door.
Delivered Fresh
Beef arrives fresh and ready to refrigerate or freeze. Vacuum-sealed cuts keep up to 30 days refrigerated, or up to 12 months frozen.

Ranch Pickup
Pick Up at the Source
Pickup is available directly at our ranch in Rock Creek, BC. It's also a great opportunity to see the property, meet the animals, and ask us anything about how your beef was raised.
Contact us to arrange a pickup time and we'll have your order ready and waiting.

Minimum Order
Mixed 1/8 carcass for retail orders. Wholesale minimums discussed on inquiry.
