As ranchers ourselves, our vision is to create a more direct path between local farms and the families they feed — one built on transparency, trust, and accountability. We believe people should have access to high-quality meat with a clear origin, raised with care and handled with integrity.

The Ranch
300+ Acres of Fenced Pasture Land
Our ranch is managed to allow our livestock to thrive in a natural, low-stress environment. We utilize rotational grazing — a practice that regenerates the soil, maximizes pasture health, and naturally breaks disease cycles. This partnership with the land ensures our animals always have access to nutrient-dense forage.
To maintain total quality control, we hand-process every animal at our Provincially Licensed Abattoir. By managing the process ourselves, we guarantee that the highest care and food safety standards are met with every cut. We don't just oversee the production — we take full accountability for the integrity of the meat we provide to your family.
